We consider any of the following grounds for termination of an account:

1. Spamming using 1stopclassifieds.net URL
2. Posting to categories which is not suited for the ad
3. Collecting emails and spamming our members
4. Using our disclaimer and sending bulk mail
5. False advertising to promote 1StopClassifieds.
6. To use classifieds for the purpose of promoting illegal gifting programs, illegal hate sites.

1stopclassifieds considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings, who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by 1stops' terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account and/or access to 1stopclassifieds services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules and regulations at any time.

In addition, 1stopclassifieds reserves the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit 1stopclassifieds' actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities, and 1stopclassifieds reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the 1stopclassifieds service.

In addition, 1stopclassifieds reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

Due to the nature of 1stopclassifieds service (access to email addresses), payment is not refundable. If you like to cancel the service, you have to fill out the cancellation notice and submit 2 days before your billing period.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

All members posting ads MUST agree to receive one email offer from our Advanced members. You will get many emails to the email address listed with us when you post your classified ad.
